Charith is a great realtor. My husband and I started our "house hunting" journey back in Jan of this year and must have seen close to at least 80 houses with Charith. If you are a first-time home buyer like us this process is lengthy, and very nerve-racking but having Charith as our realtor made everything very easy. He was very patient with us, he never rushed us, and not to mention, he had to drive out an hour to show us properties every weekend for months. He was also always available whenever we needed anything. Always quick to answer our calls or texts, no matter what time of the day it was. There were times we would call him around 11 pm to put an offer in on an house and he very quickly drafted an offer and got it turned around in no time. All in all, Charith is great. It is safe to say for my husband and I we have found our lifelong realtor!
