Charith is a great realtor. My husband and I started our "house hunting" journey back in Jan of this year and must have seen close to at least 80 houses with Charith. If you are a first-time home buyer like us this process is lengthy, and very nerve-racking but having Charith as our realtor made everything very easy. Charith was great, helping me with my first home. He was very active every day sending me a list of possible homes on the market, and sending out offers to the ones that fit my interest.
